Night time is my donwfall. I can go all day being very good but from dinner time until sleep all I want to do is eat.
Maybe it's a release of stress from work during the day, maybe it's boredom, maybe I need to change the kind of foods I eat for dinner, I don't know. Whatever the cause, it has become an extemely hard habit to break.
I do know that if I can get this problem under control the pounds will fall ooff.
If anyone out there has any suggestions for me PLEASE I would like to hear from you.

What type of foods do you snack on after dinner? If it is sweet things, maybe a few pieces of sugar-free hard candy could help. Or sip on a few cups of tea.

Thank you, but I've tried the cany and it did not work for me but I have not tried the tea & will....I am not a tea drinker, any kind in particular?
