Change eating habits

I made a decision that I am going to change my eating habits and exercise more. I was going to join Weight Watchers but came across Web MD personal diet evaluator and I am going to give it a try. It sounds like just common sense with advice on which foods to substitute with others.
I am looking forward to reading all your posts and follow your progress.
