This is soooo true! I even don't like to move the scale from the same spot on the floor!

My scale came with instructions on how to reset it before weighing if you move it from one spot to another. You step on and then step off and let it set to zero. If it doesn't then you need to repeat the process until it does or change the battery and check that it is a flat surface. I don't know if it really makes a difference though.

doctor oz from channel 2 says to weigh yourself everymorning as soon as you wake to get your true weight.

I weigh myself every week using the four the four s. But sometimes obtain have significant swings in my weight.
e.g. My weight on Mar 21 was 166.6 lbs and this morning mar 28th was 162.2 lbs. It will probably go up this week. WHY ?
