    Sometimes, I tend to overeat. I can't believe how small the portions really are. I must be eating 3-4 portions in one sitting at TGIF.

    copied these, small for purse, large to post in the kitchen. I am still fat but maybe some inspiration for moderation. My problem is I am not the one preparing the food.
