Looks better and healthier than the "old" Atkins. Cutting stodgy carbs is a good idea, but I think that the good carbs from veg and fruit should make up the bulk of the diet,together with some lean protein.
I still wouldn't like to eat all that fat, ughh. I don't like greasy food - can't stand salad dressing, for instance. I like my salads crisp and crunchy, not slimy. I use only herbs and spices, salt and pepper, maybe a bit of vinegar or lemon juice on salad.
I like meat and eggs, so that appeals to me, as well as the olives - all in moderation of course, don't want to clog up my arteries.
