    Most people confuse the distinction between a balanced diet and a healthy diet. In case of losing weight it is strongly advisable to take the help of a dietician and construct a suitable healthy diet that would help in losing weight more safely and effectively.

    hahahahahhaha idk if I was supposed to laugh, but I find this in a sarcastic way funny, but true. However, it is not up to them, it is up to us to keep up the desired weight. I blame him, because he enjoys late dinners, yet he's think as a stick. On the other hand, since I have been with him, I gained 40 lbs in the period os 2 years
