1. Indulge in fat releasing foods like honey, eggs, shrimp.
2. Drink a total of 64 ounces of water at regular intervals in a day.
3. Eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals.
4. Walk for 45 minutes a day.
5. Indulge in a salt free diet.

Yes, this tips was really helpful to me especially when I incorporated it with those weight loss supplements from http://bit.ly/B00CMHTYWY .I always see to it that I eat a lot of protein rich foods and avoid carbohydrates as much as possible since it won't be needed by our bodies. Weight loss supplements has somehow aid me in speeding up the process of losing weight.

Hey Katty one more tip I would like to add that is drink lukewarm water near about 2 glass early in the morning which will definitely going to work.
