    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Make a Weekend Plan

    Know how you will get through the weekend on track by making a plan each weekend:

    Here is a format that you can keep on hand to start your pledge-whether as a discussion board entry, a journal entry or just a few minutes of thought BEFORE the weekend starts.

    1. This weekend I know I may need to set aside my plan for this ______ but I will reduce the impact that has on my changes by doing ___________.

    2. If I start to slip beyond that over the weekend I will: ________, _________, and come to the board to ask for help.

    3. I also plan to embrace my healthy lifestyle this weekend by: ___________.

    always seem to off plan on the weekends. why does it always feel like a free for all? i think it's just all the stress from the work week. this weekend will be different i plan on having distraction when i'm bored. take a walk, chat with a friend, read a book, spring cleaning? ok maybe thats going too far lol! i will not binge eat this weekend!!!!!
