i've just recently decided to start lossing weight and I know I should have started a long time ago but now i decided to change my life. I have a wonderful boyfriend and he tells me i look beautiful but i have always felt insecure. i dont know how to start my diet what to eat what do you recomend.

protien in the mornings with complex carbs to start the day. Dont ever skip Breakfast. It slows ya down. Blessings on your journey. Remeber..its not a diet.
