Haven't done this in awhile: What is your strategy for staying on track this week? What are your speedbumps to deal with and how do you plan on handling them?

This week isn't as crazy as it could be yet but has the potential. I have planned out dinners with DH through Friday.

  • Shrimp Stirfry
  • Leftovers (splitpea soup and chicken/kale casserole)
  • Martini Chicken (new recipe) , mashed potatoes, and steamed green beans
  • Beef tacos
  • Turkey chili over baked potatoes
  • Steak sandwiches and some kind of veggie side from our CSA pickup.
This week DH has an appt with the sleep specialist to discuss the results of his sleep study. We also have a vet appt to manage and pick up our CSA share at the same time so hopefully I get the CSA pickup and not the vet duty

I really want to meet or beat my 300 fitness minute goal this month. It amounts to approx 10 min a day so should be doable but I have not been meeting in the past several months. So far I have 35 min in from yesterday but that doesn't mean I shouldn't exercise for the next 2 days and often that is what is happening lately so I need to focus on working little bits of exercise back into my days this week. That along with tracking my freggies will be a big step in the right direction.

Next?

Strategy to be on track: Hubby and I cooked up a few dishes each to have healthy ration options available to curb snacking meals

Speed bump is the journalling tasks to complete. Maybe I will learn key to long pleteau.
