    We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

    And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

    What Do You Need to Do?

    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Water: 64 oz
    Freggies: 4 servings, red, green, white, purple
    Movement: .62 mile walk
    Vitamins: Cal/Mag/Zinc, Multi

    Water: 96oz
    Freggies: 5 servings, orange, white, yellow, green
    Movement: .32 miles
    Vitamins: Bcomplex, Cal/Mag/Zinc, Multi

    Monday

    Breakfast: Egg poached on greens with onion and mini peppers

    Snack: eggplant salad

    Lunch: leftover quinoa, roasted red peppers, beans, pumpkin seeds and sardines.

    Snack: roasted butternut squash and sautéed kale with toasted sesame seeds

    Dinner: okra stew, green salad with poached pear and almonds

    Dessert: one dark chocolate square and few raspberries.

    Tuesday

    Breakfast: boiled egg, poached pear

    Snack: pecans, Persian cucumber

    Lunch: left over quinoa salad; but with longhorn beef jerky instead of sardines

    Snack: apple & Peanut butter

    Dinner: greens, olives, poached pear, peppers, homemade mustard vinegarette, ground flax

    Dessert: one square dark chocolate with strawberries .
