    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

I like the diet and feel well although weight loss is slow. I have a little goats milk in my tea, apart from that I am sticking to it but have been having what feels like a lot of trapped wind in my stomach on the left hand side. I don't know if it's to do with the diet as I get the wind anyway, but I have also taken up pilates as a form of exercise as it seems to fit with the sort of exercise Dr. Gundry recommends. I am wondering if I could have pulled a stomah muscle and this may be the cause of the problem and not the diet. Any ideas? I am 68 years old and haven't done any real exercise except walking the dog for quite a while
