I'm gonna try Diet Evolution as recommended to me by my Plastic sergeon. BMI 44.5, 294.4 Lbs today, Blood Glucose 133 right now. Keep you guys posted how it goes. This past two weeks I lost about 7lbs just cutting out the white rice and soda of any kind along with the pasta and mashed potatoes with gravy. Wish me luck!!!
