Hello everyone I am a 45 year old female 5'8 large bone frame and I currentlly weigh 300 pounds i have never been an overweight women up until a few years ago , I have been tryint to loose weight with diet and exercse but so far have not been sucessful it's really starting to get me down. I do not want to have gastric bypass and t has serious side effects I would like to loose 150 pounds to be at my optimal weight. Does anyone have any suggestons or tips or tricks to maybe help me along the way.

Hey! This board isn't very active...if are still out there, you should post on the 50-100 pound. We have several people on there wanting to lose more than 100 pounds. Come on over!
