Hello, I am a 25 year old female who recently got engaged. I am getting married October 4th, 2014 and soon after that I want to begin planning to have a family. I know being a healthier weight will make it easier for me to conceive and I would have an easier pregnancy. Plus I want to eat healthier for my own health, but also for my baby's sake. I have been overweight most of my life, I currently weight 270. My goal is to lose 1/2 of my body weight, 135 lbs. What are some tips suggestions for dieting? I have my exercise plans already, I am going to go to Zumba classes(I LOVE TO DANCE), Zumba on the Wii, swim, and walk my dogs around my neighborhood. There are so many different diet plans out there and I'm overwhelmed with the "eat this, not that...wait eat this instead!". What works for you, especially if you are a young female? Thank you
