Hi, I'm Kim. I usually hang out on the 50-100 diet comm here on WebMd. Come join us over there. No matter how much weight you want to lose, you will find a more active and sociable group over there with lots of people to chat with and learn from.

We are starting a challenge This coming SATURDAY. Check in Friday after 2pm and look for a discussion titled PRECHALLENGE somethingorother, lol... ;haven't decided the details yet , but you get the gist..... This will be our community's 4th group challenge open to anyone who wants to hold themselves accountable and will try their hardest to help the group reach some goals. We DON'T compete with eachother.... we only are truly challenging ourselves to be the best we can be for the duration of the Challenge. NO HOLDS BARRED and it's pretty fun to get together and just "run with it" for a little while. We share everything... emotions, binges, pet stories, weather where we are, how we feel for that day.... anything and everything that may have an impact on our journey and our challenge.
