I try so many diets that I gave up every diet I try instead of losing I gain weight,I can do much exercise because I have arthritis on both knees. Help trying to lose weight

I too have arthritis in knees, feet and hips. I do pool exercising every day. I can't stand a long time nor walk very far. I m thinking of doing some arm reps with my 3 #, 5# and 8# bar bells..How are you doing? I just joined today and looking for help with calories per day to eat, as well as carbs, protein, fat, sugar and sodium per day. Need to lose 200 #'s. Any thoughts for me?

I thought I am alone struggling with these issues. Are you still swimming? How is your weight loss going? I need to lose about 170lbs...I cut the fat, carbs and sugar, diary products. After a week, I am so hungry...I don't see how I will be able to continue...
