What are you doing differently than you did before the baby? Think of your baby as a blessing and an opportunity, and make choices to improve your health so you can be active and healthy for him/her. Use time with the baby to work out and get more fit. You'll feel better and teach your child how to make better choices as they grow and learn from you.
