I know from personal experience that if your protein gram intake is higher than the carb intake, you will lose weight. Perhaps Dr. Atkins was onto something? Also if you have difficulty exercising, swimming is the BEST form of exercise. It almost never hurts and the resitance of the water is key to your routine. Walk in the shallow end for one hour and the results are amazing!
