I have been buying fresh veggies .....

It's that time to shop again. I go to Walmart for everything. The first section when you enter is the know it. I always love fresh veggies sometimes they are costly, depends on the season. Today they were decent, I bought some tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, onions, zucchini. I have been doing smoothies with fruit and protein powder. I can't tell you the difference already. I need to lose weight and sipping a protein smoothie is very filling. I use Diet Ocean Spray juice with a 1/2 cup of frozen fruit or skim milk with protein powder and 1/2 cup ice. I do a smoothie 2 times a day. My appetite decreased about one half from before. I drink tons of water, I have a 20 oz sipper and fill it about 4 or 5 times. I eat a balanced dinner with either chicken or pork and throw cut up veggies. Does anyone use "Twitter" I have became a tweeter junkie. I crave celebrity gossip cause I love my prime time shows. Does anyone think like me.....thank god that Kate G is "out of there".
