Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Ok, so i started watching what i ate on July 11th. I've been walking, gym, and eating right :) Do you think its 2 much weight to loose 2 soon?

    Hi there! Let's see, according to medical professionals, they say it's only healthy to lose 1-2 pounds a week. Assuming that you've been losing 2 lbs a week since July 11th and that you stop on August 29th, that gives you 7 weeks. According to health standards, yes, it is too much to lose in too short of a time period. I think you could still aim to lose 10-14 lbs through healthy living though! At the same time, however, if you're not used to drinking 8 cups of water everyday, or not used to eating healthier foods, or you are extremely overweight, you might see more weight loss at the start of your diet. (That's what happened to me anyway lol) Good luck! Happy Losing!
