Yesterday I weighed-in at 127. That's 2.5 pounds down fromlast week and a total of 20 pounds lost so far (just 17 left to go).

Really been working on it since January. I have had some set backs but around May, I started getting really into it. I tend to lose only 1 to 1.5 pounds per week because I also lift weights so I am putting on muscle mass as well as losing fat.
