try fruit.its got the "good" carbs. do u eat lots of sweets like chocolate,candies etc? i do the same. i started a chocolate protein shake and that satisfies my sweet tooth. also try chocolate protein bars instead of candy bar? i find that chewing gum helps keep me from "snacking" all day cuz it keeps my mouth busy
