I'm getting ready to sleep (I work 3rd shift) since the daughter is at day car today. Then I will get up at 2pm and exercise. I will be doing weight training (30 to 45 minutes), aerobics (20min program), kettle bell work-out #2 (20 mins including warm-up), then a 20 to 30 minute walk. I will get my daughter when I am done. I'm always in a better mood when I get to exercise, so I can't wait.
