I have been in fair shape for years, and Im' OK but I like to loose more to tone up, but I never calculated anything , as I learn more and more , using the Web MD calories calculator, how do you burn 9660 calories a week with a 12 hr job.

In my opinion, it is almost impossible to say exactly how many calories you burn. It depends on a multitude of factors, from the equipment you use, the intensity with which you exercise, your form when you exercise, your body fat percentage, your body's own biochemical processes, your metabolism, the temperature in your environment, etc etc.
It is easier to keep track of your food intake than what you burn. I like to keep it simple - e.g. pick a calorie level, say 1600 if you're male or 1200 if you're female and stick to that. Exercise as much as you can anyway. At that calorie level you can get all the nutrition you need if you eat well, while losing weight. Extra weight lost during exercise will be a bonus.
