What healthy snaks have we all had today? Aside from my meals I have had an orange and some cucumber slices with lite ranch. Also drinking a big thermous of water.

1/2 protein shake after my workout. It wasn't a very intensive workout (30 min walk on the treadmill on an incline, 45 min strength training), but OK.
