Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    my problem, going over my 1200 calories a days on certain days.

    Stress has been my problem. Need to go back to the gym. I exersice
    regularly at home but it not enough. Sooo, by having you all in this
    community I force myself to be accountable.This is my 90 days goal plan. Le'ts see what happen.

    Congrats on joining. Don't beat yourself up for going over your calorie goal occasionally. It happens. Some days are better than others. To stick to your goal, your best bet would be to make most of your meals fruit and veggie based. Leafy greens and salads would probably work best since they are low cal foods. Keep up the good work!
