    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    before every meal should i drink a full bottle of water then eat ? and also cut my eating habbits in half. will this make me loose weight? well of corse ill be excersizeing every night i go to the track and either run or walk a mile. by the way ima female & 5''5 and weighing around 187 . i wanna be able to loose at least 20 pounds or more
