Lost 3Lbs!!!

So since my last post, I have lost 3 lbs. I just want to say to anyone that is wanting to give up if they have just started, to not give up hope. It takes time. You body has to adjust to the change. I promise if you are eating right and working out, the pounds will come off. Just give it time. Believe me, just last week I was discouraged. So Stay focused!!!

I workout out twice a day. I also use the Web MD food and fitness planner!! Excellent tool. I have 35 lbs to go!! But I am definitely trying to stay focused.
