    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    So I havent been on for a while. I have been at a steady weight and havent lost anything. I am trying so hard to lose 4 lbs by the end of this month which will get me at my goal weight for the month. Just wanted to say that it has been hard this month. This is my 3rd month on my weight loss journey. But I am sticking to it. Will be back at the end of the month to give a update!!! Hopefully good news.

    Good luck, KenziesMom. Just keep exercising and watching those calories and nutrition and it will come off, maybe not in the time frame you want, but never give up!
