Hi Everyone!

I know it's been a hot minute. I fell off the diet and fitness wagon a few months ago. I got caught up with my job and this exam that I had to take and that was the end of it. Been having a hard time getting back on track since. This is typical for me, but it's gosh darn annoying! I get on a roll, lose 10 pounds, and then something happens that trips me up and I end up back where I was. I picked up some supplements from the drug store yesterday to help me get back on track. I wanted to have 30 pounds gone by now. Oh well, getting upset about it isn't going to make it happen any faster!!
