I've been getting up earlier too and doing 1/2 hour on the elliptical. I find it's helping me because 1) It's a date with myself so I force myself to go to bed early so I'm not to tired for it and 2) It's not hard on my knees ... no jogging until I'm < 165 ... and 3) I know it's DONE for the day! Amazing how exercise helps! Keep up the good work everyone! I'm weighing in Fridays! Down 4 pounds since I started! WOOWEE!
