ok here goes...I was given "early retirement" in '09 and gained 20 pounds..the only thing I could wear were elastic waist pants and droopy t-shirts...
so, I joined weight watchers, I followed their plan to the letter..and gained an additional 10 pounds...I quit
next I tried the 14 day diet, stuck to it, followed the meal plans and recipe guide..gained 15 pounds
ok, so here comes the Adkins diet...and you guessed it another 10 pounds
had a heath scare and a radical hysterectomy..gained 15 pounds..
Joined the Gym..5 more
Now Im trying this...LOL...any one have any suggestions?!?!?!
