What a shock to find out that (as cute as I am) according to WebMd I am actually obese! I guess the drawbacks to healthy self esteem and knowing how to dress for your body is that you can stay in denial for a long time. I admit I kinda suspected; my thighs are a little too familiar with each other, I get winded easily, and there are more clothes in my closet that are too small than clothes that fit, so . . . here I go: 30 pounds to go! I've lost 20+ pounds before but that was before I hit my 50's, menopause, etc. Think it'll be tougher this time around.
