    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    You can do it! Just keep your mind in the goal. Joining a website like this and starting a process to lose weight are only the first steps. I am proud of you! I started a diet 2 months ago. It was a real struggle at first, but I just keep reminding myself of why I wanted this. Now the cravings are mostly gone and exercise is becoming easier. Just remember the first weeks are the hardest, but cravings leave after a few hours if you don't satisfy them about it. If you don't do anything about your weight it stays everyday with you. I try to tell that to myself in times of temptations. Stay strong.
