Hi, I am 52 yrs old,I actually need to loose more than 50 pound but my short term goal is 25 so thought I would try this community.I have started back on weight watchers on my own and came across this website. I am hoping to be able to use it but not sure about how to really track it all on here beings it's mostly tracking calories instead of points. I started back about 2 weeks ago and am having problems motivating to exercise,I do have back and knee problems also.Every time I start a diet I always have trouble motivating for exercise but when I have I know it helps.Any comments or suggestions I would appreciate.

Hi Jane, sorry I hadn't seen this till now. I'm usually on the 50-100 comm site.
Here is our resource link to free online videos. Try the Seated Core from Sparkpeople, and the seated Zumba. Both are really very good exercise videos that are easy on the knees, hips and back.
The Tai Chi works well for anyone, young or old , with or without physical limitations because it's slow it's easy on the joints
