how to start to work out

I am well into my sixties and according to the charts am over 90 lbs overweight. I go to the gym from five to 10 times a week and mostly do the treadmill. I can stay on for about an hour to 65 minutes.

It is joining the gym that almost forces me to go. The earlier in the day that I go, the easier it is for me. I schedule the gym in my calendar every day as a first priority. After a tough start, I became hooked.

Stick to it and you will succeed. Compete against only yourself.
