I'm 19 years old, i weigh 165, i should be around 106-140 but i want atleast 125. i have been told being a vegetarian would help me but i dont have the money to start up a new diet. im not very active and i want some tips on how i can exercise and shed some unwanted fat as well as become toned. i appreciate any tips or suggestions <3
