Hey everyone - I stumbled across this site and am glad I did. I am 26, I weigh 176 pounds (80kgs) and am only 5'5. I am wanting to get down to about 60 kgs (134 pounds). I really excited about starting this journey. Any weightloss/fitness tips would be appreciated.

I'm also a Newbie. Need to lose at least 40 lbs. Being a Senior & not able to exercise as much as I probably should, I don't expect this to be easy. I am going to give it a really good try, tho! Only suggestion I can give is something I learned when I was a member of Tops Club. Yagottawanta! If we really want to lose the excess poundage...we will.
