Hey everyone - I stumbled across this site and am glad I did. I am 26, I weigh 176 pounds (80kgs) and am only 5'5. I am wanting to get down to about 60 kgs (134 pounds). I really excited about starting this journey. Any weightloss/fitness tips would be appreciated.

Well I'm 32 yrs old and feel like I keep gaining weight but I don't eat that much But when I don't exercise I can feel the weight creeping on me, but what I can advise you to do is walk at least 30 mins a day that will help alot, I just started walkin a mile a day a work and i feel better
