    Weight Watchers and stomach upset

Hi, I'm new to this community also. I started weight watchers 3 weeks ago because I have a lot of back problems and don't want any more surgeries. I've done weight watchers previously with no issue and love the program - it works best for me since it doesn't cut out food groups and educates you on how to eat properly anywhere and maintain it. This time though I'm having a problem I never had before. I have to take prescribed narcotic pain meds for my back so I'm always constipated. I have to take fiber and stool softeners but still don't go regularly and haven't for years now. Suddenly just after starting on this diet my stomach has been not doing well. I've had abdominal pains and diarrhea for a few weeks now. At first I thought I was just all the raw fruits and vegetables increasing so I stopped the fiber and softeners but this still continues. I feel bloated and gassy all the time too. I've not been eating anything new. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do?

Hi painloopy...Great Name By The Way LOL... The Best advice I can offer you is to forget about dieting. They are each of them temporary solutions and do not address the root of the problem which is that your bodies balance is out of wack. If you really want to restore your former health and shape I would recommend a cleansing/fasting/juicing program. This WILL change your life. Please visit the HPS Cleanse website and get started. This is a Fat Burning 7-day Detoxification Program. You will also have access to our online web forum with other cleansers around the globe. Please e-mail us any questions you may have through the contact page.
