Hello All,
Getting the weight off is very stressful. I stress a lot so I gain weight mostly in the stomach area. Anyone had any success with loosing belly fat? Looking forward to your feed back.

Try yoga for the stress. I have been trying to lose 50 lbs and yes I am having a hard time doing so. I been eating nothing but fruits, vegetables and drinking a lot of water, a gallon a day. If you get a Gatorade 32 fl oz container, you know 4 containers is a gallon. don't weight yourself everyday. At least once a week. I hate counting calories but I just realize how often I do it. you'll found it become routine. Working out is good but here's a hint. when you go work out- your heart rate is the key, keep your heart rate avg according to your age. you will sweat and make sure you stretch really go.
