Hello all! I'm new to the site, and am making my first steps towards losing 50 lbs. I have yo-yo'ed with my weight over the years, and can't seem to maintain a moderate weight.
Im prone to life events changing my eating and exercise habits. I'm finally fed up with myself! It's time to drop some weight!
