Has anyone ever detoxed the right way, with good results? I want to lose the bad stuff first so I don't plague my health for too long.

Try a simple "water" detox, I'm on day 3 of it right now and I'm liking the results. Basically I just doubled my usual water intake (which was honestly just half of the recommended daily water servings). It's helping my body do what it naturally does, and I've noticed my skin looks healthier, I don't feel so bogged down, and I have more energy. I don't know any other detoxes, but maybe just upping your water intake will help flush out some toxins.
