After a long time without smoking my hubby and I picked it up again last year then stopped then back again a few months ago. I was doing good with my weight and exercise and then we went through a big issue where we were seriously betrayed by his father and we stopped eating right and stopped exercising all together and picked up smoking again. I gained 40 pounds and lost my defined muscles and turned flabby. Well, I've not smoked in 4 days now and started eating better the day after I quit. I even started working out yesterday again. I am really hoping I can stick to it this time and keep at it. He is trying too. Please wish us both luck.
