    What Do You Need to Do?

    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) club can be a great "weigh" to stay accountable. It's not exactly like Weight Watchers, they do not hold you to a food plan; you decide the diet; weekly weigh-ins & low cost. If you make time to attend meetings (I'll be the first to say this is where I fell off the game) this can help. And they love you whether you've lost or gained. We're on a life-altering mission and for some of us (especially myself) it's meal-to-meal, moment-to-moment revelation.
