Tip Title WebMD Food Log & Exercise Planner

I'm 63 and had some bad readings in LDL, HDL, Triglycerides and Bone Density in April so I decided to lose 30 pounds, eat healthy and exercise. I use the Planner on Web MD and log in food and exercise daily.

Using the planner really helps me to make wise choices on food and encourages me to exercise. However, I don't understand how the log expects to burn every calorie I eat but I guess because I do not log in all the activity I do besides actual workouts (like grocery shopping), I must be burning calories whenever I am not sitting and watching TV or going over my daily calorie limit. I've lost 17 pounds since April and see a big difference in my shape. I find Water Aerobics the best to tone the body and you don't notice the sweating or soreness.

I go later this month for blood work to see if I can get off the Lipitor. I don't like taking medicine and outside of taking Boniva, Calcium and Fish Oil, I shouldn't have to take meds.

Let me know if anyone wants a retired, senior buddy to help meet our goals
