Measure Serving sizes

This is a little annoying but it is key to losing weight- trust me it works.
While I was pregnant I gained 60 pounds, 20 of which were from the baby and all that other junk that comes with being pregnant, the rest was fat.
In a matter of 3 months I have lost 30 pounds by measuring my serving sizes. I figured out that when i ate spaghetti, I was eating 4+ servings. A serving of spaghetti is very small. 2 ounces. Get a scale, measure 1 MAYBE 2 servings and have a salad (NO CREAMY DRESSING).

I have also found that i was eating way over serving sizes, just for cereal i was eating 2.5 servings, and i was drink glasses of milk that were atleast 2 cups. Measuring really does help!

Yes you eat alot less that way, and it tells your body how much you really need. Also eating until you are satisfied, not full. Taking smaller slower bites, like how you would sip on soup, also helps as well, that is what i found out on my own, and I am slowly loosing the weight just by changing this.
