I log my food in the beginning of the day. This helps me stay on track. If I eat something I didn't logged in in the morning, I update it after lunch so I know how many calories I have left for dinner. If I overeat early in the day, I plan to have soup for dinner. I hope this helps some of you.

The Food Log is a great tool! I update my log religiiously after lunch and then like you I see my remaining calories for the day. Thanks for sharing your tip and best of luck!
