    Hope you all are well.

    Ok so I've been on here just a few days and came across loads of info. I've been hearing from many people that green tea (Chinese jasmine tea) is great for losing weight but I didn't believe it until I read about it on here. So I thought I'd put the theory to the test. And guess what? It actually works! I feel more calm, fresh and cleansed. Also, I don't feel as hungry as before. Instead of going for something sweet (which is my weakness, esp chocolate), I just fill up on water to avoid the habit of mindless snacking. Believe it or not, my food consumption has cut down by at least 25% even on a bad day! Besides, this is a much healthier alternative to regular black tea or coffee.

    So go ahead and try it out. Oh and please do give me your feedback. I'd be happy to share your experience too.
